Physical activity is an important healthy living habit for kids. Of course, it’s important for adults too! So make physical activity a family affair. It doesn’t even have to feel like “exercise.” If you’re outdoors, moving around, and having fun, it probably counts. Try taking an evening walk or hike together, shooting some hoops in the driveway, or visiting the community pool.
