9. Coconut Oil Popcorn
Some of my earliest memories are at my grandparent’s house munching on popcorn while sitting on my grandpa’s lap as we watched a movie. One of my favorite parts of Grandpa’s popcorn was all that melty butter goodness he would carefully drizzle on top. Over 20 years later, popcorn still has a special place in my heart, but my heart also thanks me for leaving off the butter. I now use coconut oil as a healthier alternative.
