Get up a little earlier than baby
Once baby has an established sleep schedule, consider waking up 20-30 minutes earlier than baby to squeeze in some time for yourself. This is one of the best tips for new moms, because it really isn’t hard to do once you have recovered from childbirth. Just think what you could do with those minutes! Enjoy a quiet house, get in a quick workout, or spend time meditating.
