Summer sunburn solutions
There are some chemical sprays and solutions available to treat a sunburn, but you don’t necessarily want to use them for your child. I’ve got some effective summer sunburn solutions that are natural, chemical-free, and work for you or the littles.
- Use an ice pack or a bag of frozen vegetables wrapped in a soft cloth to cool the sunburn.
- Take a cool {meaning tepid water} shower or bath. Don’t use any soaps, body scrubs, or lotions.
