17. Sweet Potato Tots & Apricot Dip
I’ve never been a fan of potatoes or french fries. In fact, I’ve always kind of hated how they’re so starchy and dry. But with their crispy little edges and oily plumpness, tater tots were always the exception to my potato hate. As much as I enjoy tater tots though, here’s a healthier alternative to the otherwise greasy, oily snack. Serve with a tangy apricot dip on the side, and this’ll be an instant hit with your family.
