13. Pistachio, Cranberry, and Ginger Cookie Bars
Okay, so these aren’t exactly “healthy” snacks, but I had to sneak in a sweet treat somewhere in this list! If you and you’re children are like me, you like a snack with both a little crunch and a little soft, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. These pistachio, cranberry, ginger cookie bars take Miss Crocker’s (Betty, that is) sugar cookie mix and deliver all the right kinds of textures to make a special after school treat.
