11. Fruity Frozen Yogurt Snacks
It’s light but filling, has a good source of both dairy and protein, and tastes yummy. Yogurt really is a perfect after school snack. Too bad so many store bought yogurts are packed with artificial sweeteners and flavors that end up masking all that goodness. But not with these scrumptious snacks! Use fresh fruits and unsweetened Greek yogurt to put together a sweet bite that your kids won’t be able to get enough of.
