If there’s any one trait that really helps in parenting, it’s a sense of humor! A sense of humor goes a long way to encouraging open lines of communication among family members. It also makes a family more fun. And once in awhile, it just helps to laugh instead of cry!

Not only does being service-oriented help parents give more of themselves to their kids, it also helps them teach their children to be the same way. And today’s world needs all the kindness and service it can get.
